We are small and growing club located in Frampton Cotterell, South Gloucestershire. We hold club meets on a Saturday 3:00pm — 5:00pm. Check our Schedule page for date, and time, information. All ages and abilities are welcome, on either day.
We cover activity plans, which are projects to help teach the different components, and what they are used for within a circuit. We also learn coding Arduino (c++) and understand its libraries. Of course you can bring your own projects to work on, and get help from other members.
We spend most of our time on the floor tinkering projects. Robotics, Remote Control, Wireless are just some of the activities we concentrate on. Learning the basics of engineering principles, with 3D Printed models in conjunction with circuit boards are also part of the sessions.
Membership is as and when you are able, so no pressure on attending every time, although you do get most out of it when you do. Each Session costs £2 per active member, and this goes towards the hiring of the room at the Brockeridge Center.
